Rom 10:14
How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him aof whom they have never heard?
Or  him whom they have never heard
And how are they to hear cwithout someone preaching?

And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’
Isaiah 52:7

And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, hHow beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”

But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, ‘Lord, who has believed our message?’
Isaiah 53:1
But nthey have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, oLord, who has believed what he has heard from us?”
ἀλλ᾽ οὐ πάντες ὑπήκουσαν τῷ εὐαγγελίῳ· Ἠσαΐας γὰρ λέγει· Κύριε, τίς ἐπίστευσεν τῇ ἀκοῇ ἡμῶν;
Rom 10:17
Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
So pfaith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.

Rom 10:18
But I ask: did they not hear? Of course they did:

‘Their voice has gone out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.’
Psalm 19:4

But I ask, have they not heard? Indeed they have, for

sTheir voice has gone out tto all the earth,
and their words to the ends of the world.”
Rom 10:19
Again I ask: did Israel not understand? First, Moses says, ‘I will make you envious by those who are not a nation;
I will make you angry by a nation that has no understanding.’
Deut. 32:21

But I ask, did Israel not understand? First Moses says,

vI will wmake you jealous of those who are not a nation;
with a xfoolish nation I will make you angry.”

Rom 10:20
And Isaiah boldly says, ‘I was found by those who did not seek me;
I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me.’
Isaiah 65:1

Then Isaiah is so bold as to say,

aa“I have been found by those who did not seek me;
I have shown myself to those who did not ask for me.”

Isaiah 65:2

But of Israel he says, aeAll day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.”
